Lovely place to go been going there for a while staff and treatments I really good food and drink from the cafe at excellent and reasonable prices everyone is so friendly there it's like a second home

It's a lovely venue. Very friendly and welcoming. Hot/cold drinks available with milk alternatives if required! Great vibes. Lots of unusual art/craft type goods for sale or just to have a coffee.
I have had remedial massages with Cherry which are sooo good and I feel like I'm walking on air afterwards.
I have also had Reiki with Linda and Cherry. Both great treatments and both completely different!
The yoga is lovely too. Plenty of room to enjoy the session relax too. Hooray for Transcend!
