Paulo is a kind and considerate guy, he listens well and guides me patiently through my sessions. I’ve had some coaching and energy healing with Paulo and all my experiences have been exceptional and life changing. I’d recommend both Paulo and Transcend Studios in a heart beat to anyone. The people and the place is amazing. The best thing about Eccles is this place.

Rosalyn is amazing, such a beautiful energy. Really focused on where I had tension on my shoulders and back, took the time to really work through my knots and explain everything too. Such a calming energy and I feel so light! My posture and back felt instantly lifted. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend to everyone. Will be booking in again X
