I booked the gym maintenance massage with Rosalyn. I went in with really tight muscles which have been making walking uncomfortable for months...came out and felt like I could go for a jog. Will definitely be booking again.

I was apprehensive about this and prepared for pain. Ros was knowledgeable and dealt with some really tight muscles. Yes it was uncomfortable - but in a good way - and I was walking on air afterwards. I’m looking forwards to coming back. Excellent!!
