Having reiki for the first time was absolutely amazing, Paulo has a beautiful loving, calming energy and helped me release old aspects of self, shifting into the new. All staff are so welcoming and friendly I can't wait for my next visit.

This was my first treatment with Sarah after a friend had recommended her. She really made me feel at ease and very relaxed. The facial was exactly what I needed. Sarah was gentle and offered me options of which mask I'd prefer. My skin felt really refreshed afterwards.

This was my first time for a warm bamboo massage. I wanted to give it a go because I love hot stone massages. I felt this really helped get deeper into the muscles and the warmth was a lovely sensation too. Thank you to Sarah for being so wonderful. I've already booked in again for my next treatment!
