Still coming back after over seven years. I first heard about Tranquilstate via their website, which I found very informative in terms of what to expect and how much the treatments would cost. I originally started going just for waxing treatments (back and shoulders), but have since also become a big fan of their facial treatments / recommended daily skin care routine (having noticed a big improvement in my skin and very much enjoying the treatments). The location is easy to get to by public transport and the venue is always very clean and relaxing, set in a large, landscaped garden.I am always warmly welcomed by the lead therapist, who is very professional, takes pride in his work, and fully explains the condition of my skin and the rationale for his proposed choice of treatments. The treatments don't stop on the day, as the therapists also ensure I have the appropriate after care advice / lotions and follow-up. I think the fact I have been using Tranquilstate for over seven years speaks volumes for their therapists, venue, and treatments. I highly recommend Tranquilstate to others.
Tranquilstate operates from a studio in the garden of an unassuming semi-detached house in deepest suburbia. It's a well kept secret and really should be better known to North East London. I spoke to Sylvester briefly before attending the appointment and received a gentle reminder by text on the day. The studio was warm and welcoming and after a brief medical assessment Sylvester set to work. It was a thorough and comprehensive session with Sylvester occasionally checking in to ensure everything was OK. The studio is covered with certificates showing Sylvester's high level qualifications and having been in business for eight years he certainly knows his stuff. The session was both highly enjoyable and good value, and I would definitely visit again.
