Booking was super easy online. Diane was welcoming, warm and friendly. Everything was organised, very clean, calm and well run so you immediately felt at ease. Diane talked me through the appointment, also pointing out health and hygiene practices which I found reassuring. We caught up and chatted as we went along. The experience and professionalism shines through with Diane, it’s actually a pleasure to visit I always come away happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane to anyone.
