The massage was quite good and the therapist was attentive. However, the Massage was not “symmetrical” which made it feel a little haphazard. Also, in all the massages I’ve had I’ve the years, usually the therapist uses hot towels to remove the excess oil, but this did not happen so I had to wipe off the excess oil as best I could using the towel from the massage bed.

Another lovely visit to Diane. Had a lovely scalp massage too and walked out feeling very happy and relaxed. Looking forward to seeing my skin improve more as I complete more treatments.

Honestly the best salon experience I have ever had! It was my first visit to tranquillity yesterday and I cannot fault a single thing. Diane and the other girls really went above and beyond for me whilst I was there. The treatment itself was great and I can really see the results after one treatment. Diane was very knowledgable, talked me through every step and gave me lots of advice to take away. Thank you!
