Salon wouldn’t allow me to rebook to an appointment time I knew was available though the Treatwell app. App was showing an error for all time slots so I had to cancel and rebook for the time I wanted. App demanded a reason from a selection so I correctly indicated that the salon wouldn’t accommodate my chosen appointment. I had booked a callus peel zen pedicure which consisted of small pieces of sheet mask applied sparingly to parts of the feet for a short while followed by a pedicure that didn’t smooth surface of the nails. While my nails were still being varnished by Michelle, who to her credit was extremely professional and polite, salon owner Diane aggressively challenged me about reason for cancellation. Despite not being obliged to, when I explained the rationale she continued to argue with me persistently to the extent that I had to ask her to stop. I was left extremely upset by Diane’s shocking behaviour, and insufficient callus peel left feet unchanged. Had arranged appointment as a treat to myself following becoming a new mum. Sadly could only recommend if you want an ineffective treatment with a side order of abuse.
