Anyone who has had a Hollywood wax before will know it can feel quite daunting beforehand, especially going to a new salon, but Michelle was excellent and made the experience as relaxing as it could be. Michelle was lovely and made me feel very comfortable and chilled throughout the treatment. Also, I met two of the other staff members when paying and they were also very welcoming and chatty. I will definitely be back again soon!
