I have been coming to Aruna for a couple of years, for various treatments. I have a very physical job and at 60 yrs I need a small amount of proactive therapies to maintain my mobility and health.
The treatments I have had are deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, massages for specific aches and pains that crop up and acupuncture for a variety of things.
Aruna is very knowledgeable and has a natural healing ability. I highly recommend her 👌
