Second time having hot stone but first time having Rachel as a practitioner. Very calming atmosphere however the actual massage was lacking felt like light pressure or someone just gliding their hands on my back rather than a massage. Same for the stones part. Hot stones were lovely but only used for a short time. My previous massage was with Katie and I have been told this week she has now left. I would not come back to this salon unless there was another practitioner who is more experienced.

Another lovely treat at Tranquil! Rachel listened to what I wanted and took her time working the knots out of back and shaping my brows. I emerged feeling like a new woman. The room was a little cold to start with, but Rachel turned the heated blanket on for me and it soon warmed up. Given it was negative temperatures outside, no points docked for a chilly room at 9am!
