Ella really is friendly and makes your appointment a pleasurable experience. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and explains everything well.
She listens to what you want and is always happy to meet your requirements.
The salon is upstairs from the hair salon, but feels far away from the hustle and bustle of a usual hair salon. The whole spa area is tastefully decorated and is a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
