Highly recommend tranquil especially if you are booking your first intimate wax (a friend recommended me). Lycon waxing is Virtually pain free even for myelf who has a really low pain threshold. Karen who did my wax was absolutely lovely and calmed my nervousness within minutes of being in the room. Will definitely recommend tranquil and will be returning for waxes in future. Couldn’t thank you enough Karen x

The wax used was lycon and by far the best wax as it barely hurt, however it was done in a hot room which made it a very messy job. There didn’t seem to be any strategy either, more of a, look for some hair and put a patch of wax on. I ended up coming away with patches of hair completely missed even after spending a while trying to show her bits she had missed. I actually had to get re-waxed after paying £60! After 2 hours I was fed up and just wanted to go home to wax and tweezer the rest myself. Not impressed.

Booked for a massage were they ask for your contact details only to turn up to be told girl who does massages is off. Would have been nice if they would have used my contact details that they asked me for to call me to cancel the appointment. Waste of time. Thanks.
