Understood what I wanted without much explanation. Really up to date with styles and cut. Previous hairdressers cut layers into my bob, when I asked them not to, leaving choppy chunks. Kristian was able to take out bulk weight out of my hair without doing any of that. Mega happy

I received 20 min's notice that my appointment was cancelled due to the hair stylist's illness. I was told that they had tried to contact me 55 mins before my appointment to let me know but this still wouldn't have been enough notice as I travel from outside Stockport. I appreciate that the salon is busy over Christmas but I wasn't offered an alternative appointment time once the salon was quieter in 2020 which would have made up for the disappointment. Won't be visiting again.
