It took three attempts to get my hair done. The first time the girl was ill (fair enough) and then the second time I was told that she was off so I had to rebook. I was told this while I was in the salon. Jack tried to fit me in but was clearly very busy. Eventually I was seen by Jack on another date, a lovely man and who was clearly overwhelmed. He mentioned that the booking system often double books because of this app and then their own bookings. Surely the management can find a better way to organise this?? The treatment was good although some areas were missed that we discussed but overall a good service. Would not go again as way too much hassle and they are clearly not interested in organising their bookings!
