I had an all round bad experience here. The music was way too loud and I was right next to a speaker. My appointment was booked for 3, and I agreed to push it back to 3.30 as the hairdresser was behind schedule. I arrived at 3 and didn't get started until 4. The hairdresser was doing someone else's hair at the same time, so I was waiting around a lot. The bleach was left on my head way too long. So I got there at 3.30 and got out at 7 (and that was without a blowdry at my request).

So happy with my hair cut by Nathan, exactly what I wanted after showing him lots of pictures. Nathan was fab! So good Iv booked in for my colour in a few weeks! Thanks X
