Hair is completely burnt and falling out and took 5 hours to do the colour washed out on the first wash along with my hair and the cut isn’t even straight Contacted manager who said he would repair it but kept cancelling my appointments over and over again last minute and now is ignoring my request for a refund

Very welcoming, loved the layout, and the interior design. Was a very pleasant transaction and i got the haircut i wanted The offering of beverages and sweetswas a nice little touch. The playlist was a 10/10 Casey was a star and listened to what i wanted and advised me, after my own failure
