I arrived 10 minutes early for a Monday 5:30 appointment. No one there. waited until 5:40. still no show, call or text from anyone beforehand or as of yet afterwards. twice this month I've made an appointment that hasn't been honoured. disappointed to now have to take my business elsewhere on principal.

Appointment was cancelled by text 1 hour beforehand because "somethings come up". bit dubious of the validity of the excuse as it was a Friday at 5:45 appointment, but I accepted it because some legitimate may have come up. Leaving this review now however as no one showed up for my rearranged appointment on a Monday at 5:30, despite having confirmation from Treatwell of the booking. No call or text before or after explaining why they didn't show or contact me.
