Staff were so friendly and listened to my request and did a great job.will definitely be going back.
My first visit to tramp was great, I left feeling really happy with my hair. I returned on Saturday after booking online to be told I shouldn’t have been able to book and there was no appointment for me. This was regardless of my booking confirmation emails and texts. I was told they had a Christmas party that evening so could not do my haircut at 2pm. The manager hinted that I should have checked their Facebook before coming, although I don’t believe it was my responsibility to do so when their booking system allowed me to make an appointment. Throughout this conversation, the manager also failed to give me his full attention and continued talking with other customers as I was trying to speak with him. I was told to rebook and come back another day. Considering I had travelled a distance to get there, I had already taken a lot of time out of my schedule and could not find time soon to do so again. I was really disappointed. I was made to feel as though my custom was unimportant and will not be returning.

A lovely, personal vibe in the salon, with great music all day long and a few coffees to accompany my amazing balayage hair transformation. The stylists are confident with what they are doing but are careful and considerate at the same time. Worth the money and will go back when I need to.
