I had booked with Anna, but instead received a guy. Overall the atmosphere was good, a lady was friendly and made conversation. But feel let down by my nails, not enough gel used on the top part of my nail and too much used near the tip, so some nails look waved in appearance. Two nails smugged when put under the dryer but were not fixed, just had clear varnish glooped on top. Had to reshape some myself with a file after I left the salon. It felt too rushed.
