So hit or miss…a couple of the nail techs are good but some absolutely don’t know what they’re doing. Last mani/pedi I got here was messy and rushed. Also totally pointless to make an appointment because they overbook and never turn away walk-ins so you are always waiting ages. Wouldn’t recommend

To be honest I had to wait more than thirty minutes after my Treatwell appointment time, but nail therapist was very good, and did a good job.
I think they need to work at their timings. I had a really long wait last time too: it was a walk-in and I was told a half hour wait and I was waiting an hour. One last chance and I go elsewhere.
I have to emphasise though, that they were really lovely and did a great job.
Timings suck.
