jay removed my previous gel using the sander, no acetone to soften the polish and within less than a minute of starting had badly cut the skin on my toe. It was very bloody and she wiped it…putting gel dust into the wound and then using a solution to stem the bleeding but it was so agonising I had to soak it off and clean my toe. I asked her to soften the polish first and she refused telling me she was ‘very careful’. She wasn’t. Someone else did my polish and it’s ok…but messy. Polish on skin
