So many things made this a bad experience…1st he tried to remove my nail varnish with what wasn’t remover & kitchen roll, he used the electric file & then sniffing the bottle to realise it was wrong, I paid for an hour mani - was out in half, I paid extra for design which didnt look like what I asked for & was told after it was his interpretation, asked if I could pay the extra by card, told yes but thats a lie, hands were left dirty with dust, still have skin around my nails - & on my birthday…
