My appointment was delayed by around 30 minutes even though I was on time. Not much explanation was given. But the pedicure was done professionally and all is good with it even after 2 weeks now.

Booked a regular color pedicure and they tried to give me gel. Sprayed water ALL OVER me and my belongings - I mean, a LOT of water - with one small apology but no offer to redeem themselves (perhaps waive the charge for gel removal?). Lastly, got some liquid on my new sandals which are now ruined and barely tried to remove it and did not say anything about what it could be. Cheaper price was not worth the poor quality service or the additional incidents. Will not be returning.

Honestly, terrible. I had to wait for 1h 10 min for them to start despite having an appointment. It's unacceptable, the salon was dirty. No one cared. I did ask how long the wait was (45min in) and they said not long. Just go somewhere else.
