The staff are very nice but they always take on too many clients so people wait a long time or end up leaving. My manicure was not up to scratch and even asked for it to be redone. I won't be back.

My experience was really great everyone was super nice and my technician was so fast and good!! My nails are still all on and lasting super well, love them!! Can only recommend

Unfortunately this wasn’t a very pleasant experience! My shellac manicure was mostly filed and scraped off instead of being removed with the soak which was only left on for a few minutes and so didn’t have time to work properly. My nails were trimmed with clippers and filed with a really course block which broke some of them and left a really raggedy finish on others. I specifically asked not to have my cuticles cut and the technician said it would only be a small amount so I relented only to have two of my cuticles end up bleeding - exactly what I wanted to avoid. Despite the cutting the cuticles actually look in worse condition than they were before. The staff were fine but they didn’t listen to what I wanted and were trying to look after too many clients at once. The overall finish is really disappointing and my cuticles are now very sore. There’s a big descrepancy between the treatwell reviews and the google reviews for this place, the google reviews are more accurate in my experience!

Having recently moved to the area, I’ve been looking for my new trusty eyebrow technician for awhile, you can’t mess around with these things! Tracy was incredible! My eyebrows had been lacking a bit of attention lately, she effortlessly found the perfect shape and thickness, waxed them with minimal fuss and i walked out feeling like a new woman. Her team are friendly and welcoming and the the salon had a real buzz of gossip and friendship. Safe to say, Tracy is now my go-to woman!
