This was my second visit to Tracey and she was just as friendly and welcoming as I remember. She's professional and made me feel so comfortable again, kept me talking during the more painful parts! Tracey is very thorough as well making sure stray hairs are gone which is obviously great and not the precision you get at other places. I can't recommend her enough, mine and the many other 5* reviews on here aren't lying! Thanks again Tracey!

I've been to Tracey's twice now and both times she was quick and thorough, no complaints at all. Tracey always makes her clients feel comfortable and welcomed. Great value for a great service!

I went to Traceys to do a hollywood wax.
She was not using gloves while doing it, the cleaning rules were not respected.
She used stripes wax instead of hot wax and almost take off my skin.
I did not notice it in the moment only when I came back home and I was so surprised and disappointed because it is an intimate part of the body.
I would definitely not recommend her and I don't understand the previous reviews. I decided to go there because of that and I was so surprised because it was really not what I expected.
Moreover the place really did not look like the photo of the website.
