When l booked on the website of Treatwell there was no where I could book for a French Tip gel pedicure. I didn’t need any removing, so went for Signature gel pedicure. When I was seated I was told that there was not enough time for French Tip and to choose another colour. This was a Mother’s Day present from my son and I had driven 45 mins to Guildford to be told I couldn’t have what I had asked for. I then drove home ( 1 hour) and then found I had been charged £52 for turning up.

Overall I didn’t feel it was necessarily worth the premium price.
