I am extremely impressed with my overall visit, Louise was so friendly and welcoming and the salon was really clean and had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this salon, my nails look fantastic!

San had a lovely, smiley demeanour - as someone who doesn't like her feet, she made me feel very comfortable. Louise was very polite and informative - I don't often get my nails done but she made me feel like a regular and made easy conversation.

Visited Townhouse Birmingham with a friend and had a great experience. The salon is spotless with a really calm, chilled vibe and we were offered drinks on arrival which was a lovely touch. Shiva did my manicure and was fantastic -so friendly, attentive and precise. Everything was single-use, sterile and packaged, which felt very hygienic. Loved that you can take your nail file home too. Would definitely recommend!
