Lovely nails but the pricing model doesn’t really make sense. Never been charged for a gel removal but was charged to have it removed to go to a more expensive service which is the same amount of time. The answer is previously they’re being nice to customers, therefore either be consistent and always charge for a removal or for returning customers don’t charge for a removal. I’d understand paying for a removal if the previous nail was harder to get off and longer.
