Unfortunately the manager at this place is simply rude. She ignores questions and acts as if she’s doing a favour by doing a manicure. She’s rude and unprofessional. Tools are dirty and not sanitised. They also charge £10 for two nails repair (even though the repair is needed due to poorly completed manicure!)

Absolutely terrible customer service. Dirty, not sanitised tools. Rude manager (petite lady) and really rude male member of staff (gentleman with tattoos on his arms). Very rushed manicure and impolite attitude. I also worry about disease due to their tools not being clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
