Agree with some of the other reviews, there isn’t an atmosphere or abidance with appointments. The quality of the manicure is good though, very tidy and the team are focused on details. However felt that the colour was not taken to the end of the nails and looks like there is growth rather than new nails, so would need to go back quicker than usual.

Loved the massage chair for pedicures. Lucy was detail focused but didn’t really have a very friendly service. Booking times were not really respected well. General ambience isn’t great but for the price it’s not bad at all.
