Usually great, go there on the regular. I had someone new (or so it seemed) who ran a smoothing tool over my skin and pierce me with his nails a few times. Luckily Lucy took over and all was fine after that. Please train your new people properly.

Above and beyond! Nail infills absolute perfection, everyone was so professional and friendly and asked if I was happy with it at every stage. As soon as I sat down they noticed my phone was running out of battery and charged it up even! They explained what they did as they went. Literally couldn’t fault it. Will be coming back every time!
