My appointment was scheduled for 11am on a Sunday. overall the experience was great, the one thing that I would like to mention is that upon arrival at 11am, the studio was closed and locked up. I had to call their number to be advised that the staff was running late and would be there in ten minutes, which was luckily the case. Great pedicure!
