It's normally always competent service here but they saw me 15 mins late (no apology or even acknowledgment) and then part way through my pedi the Lucy (or whoever it was) vanished for 10 mins. Someone else eventually took over but they just didn't say a word. I'll continue returning but it was annoying and very bad manners.
