I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for two years, but my recent experience was terrible. I requested an ombre design and showed photos. In the past, they used a white layer underneath, but this time they refused.They rushed me through color selection and wouldn’t let me finalize my choices. The technician snapped at me when I suggested a deeper color and another was dismissive, giving me an eyeshadow palette to choose from. I left embarrassed and disappointed. Will never come back
