I like this nail salon—service quality has always been consistently good. That said, the prices have gone up twice in the last six months, so it’s no longer the most budget-friendly option I’ve found. Also, even with a booked appointment I often end up waiting (anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes), which is frustrating. Once when I called to see if my slot could be pushed back, they declined—despite the fact that long waits seem to be the norm.
