Cuticles were cut too deep, when I left the salon 2 of my fingers were bleeding. Will not be returning to tower nails - Tom was not my manicurist, it was another person in the salon.

This was my first visit to Tower Nails and Spa. Tom started my manicure and then had to attend to other customers, so the manicure was finished by his colleagues.
