Arrived and told they were running behind so was asked to come back. I waited 30 minutes and decided to reschedule to the next day. Waited 15 minutes the next day before being seen. This is not the first time I have arrived at my appointment time and not been seen accordingly. They take too many walk-ins and end up forgetting about the customers who have booked and paid in advance.
