The finish of my manicure was nice, however I found the manicurist to be fairly rude and dismissive - she’d told me off for resting my hand on my leg after the UV lamp timer had turned off, would push my hand back a bit dismissively when she was ready to work on the other hand, and told me she’d finished after dipping drops of cuticle oil onto my cuticles without massaging it in - so I left with hands dripping with oil. Disappointing service

I’ve been coming here for many years and the quality of the nail work is always great, which is why I continue returning. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the attitude from management has become increasingly unfriendly over time. The nail artists themselves are lovely and talented, but the overall customer experience could really improve with a warmer and more welcoming approach.
