It was my 3rd time going here for gel manicure and got gel pedi for the first time. This was the first time the employee charged me to remove my previous gel nails (despite there barely being any left and it taking about 1 minute to remove them). Employee also asked if I had gel on my feet, I said only on one nail. She also charged me £5 to remove the gel on that which was ridiculous! Also charged me £2 to put four tiny hearts on 2 nails which I thought was way too much! Won’t be coming back!
