I had my gel removed and had also booked a manicure which I told them when I arrived. When she was finished with the removal I had to remind her of the manicure and they told me that because I had BIAB there wasn’t enough time. There is no option to select Biab removal on here so I thought it was the same. They then did a 10 minute manicure (basically just filed my nails) had the nerve to charge me an extra £10 since it was BIAB not shellac! I paid to avoid issues but it was a rip off!
