Arnie was very thorough and was able to identify problem areas that I didn't even know I had (I actually went for the full body massage in the end during my appointment). He addressed my main issue (glutes pain) and worked on my neck/shoulder area. The hand massage was also relaxing.
Loved the playlist. Neo-soul as supposed to the clichéd airy therapy music you'd hear in other places. Overall a great experience, approachable and easy to discuss my requirements to. Definitely booking again.
