hi..i went to this salon for facial...the therapist was so good...the way she done my facial with face massge is very good ...excellent i found is the salon was very clean and and the two staff is working there they are very kind and experienced staff they know what they doing and i got appoinment at 2:30 and i was late for 15 mins still they took me for teratment and they are so busy and price are cheap .... after alli done therading and hollywood waxing ....painless....first time in my life someone done fantastic job..............very happy ....
The therapist was no aware of my booking as I arrived as she was not told by management and she was the only staff member there and had other clients. The appointment was therefore 30 minutes delayed. The actual therapist was pleasant and have a fantastic head massage but she wasn't the usual massage therapist either. I had a second treatment book but she was unable to carry this out, very disappointed. If you are going to advertise on wahanda you need to make sure you have the staff to carry out the treatment otherwise don't advertise those days as available!

The therapist was not aware that I had any treatment booked so was unable to carry out my treatment, very disappointed. However, I was lucky I didn't pay up front on wahanda.

The worst and most painful waxing experience EVER, a day later and I still feel extremely sore. I have been waxing for at least 15years but this is the worst. I'm very upset with myself for not researching this salon first!! I'm very sad and still in a lot of pain, my skin feels like it been torn. Never ever again!
