I had a wonderful massage experience. Carmen was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the session, always checking in about the pressure and making sure I was comfortable. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend! I will definetly coming back

I just finished a 12 weeks of massages at this salon and the experience was wonderful. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure every session was tailored to my needs. She also recommended drinking ionized alkaline water for better hydration and overall wellness, which was a nice added touch. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this place to all my friends and visitors

About

Meet Carmen – Your Therapist at Touch of the Divine My journey into holistic wellbeing has been deeply personal, transformative and rooted in one simple thing: my love of caring for people. Long before I became a holistic therapist, caring for others was already an important part of my life. I spent two years working in a Day Centre and sheltered home, where I developed a deep appreciation for human connection and the importance of making people feel seen, supported and cared for. I later trained and worked as a Dental Nurse for five years, continuing my professional journey of caring for and supporting others. Life then took me through some profound personal experiences that encouraged me to look more deeply at wellbeing, self-care and the connection between the body, mind and emotions. These experiences led me towards holistic therapies and opened a completely new chapter in my life. My Holistic Journey My curiosity about natural wellbeing first grew through my experience with doTERRA essential oils, which inspired me to explore how touch, aromatherapy, relaxation and holistic practices could become part of a more personalised approach to wellbeing. I then began investing in professional training and developing my skills in different holistic therapies. I hold an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic & Swedish Massage and have trained in: Swedish & Holistic Full-Body Massage Aromathouch Massage Access Bars® Rahanni Celestial Healing I am also a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT) and fully insured to practise. I continue to invest in my education and professional development because I believe that learning never stops. My intention is always to deepen my knowledge, refine my skills and offer my clients the best experience I can. My Approach For me, massage and holistic wellbeing are not simply about the treatment itself. They are about creating a space where you can pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. I believe that sometimes we spend so much time caring for everyone else that we forget to give ourselves the same attention. That's why my treatments are designed to be gentle, calming and personalised. Our private treatment room is located inside Anna Genc Salon & Academy, creating a comfortable and peaceful environment where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and take some time for yourself.

Carmen is an ITEC Level 3 Holistic & Swedish Massage Therapist, fully insured through Westminster Insurance and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT).
