I’ve been to Touch of Serenity 3x now and will be returning again. Jo is friendly and kind yet totally professional and you can tell and feel she knows her stuff. I’ve had many waxes in my time, but I can still sometimes be nervous and sensitive, Jo takes this into account and immediately puts me at ease, making it as painless as she can. Her treatment room is spacious, clean and calm and easy to find. Her conversation is warm and thoughtful and her communication is great. 10/10 every time.
