I have always been very impressed with Jo at Serenity especially her high standards of hygiene and her ability to create a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. A lot of local salons I have tried do not pay attention to hygiene like Jo does. E.g. they double dip their wax etc. Jo does not do that. This is the first time I have been to the new premises. I was very impressed. It was very clean and professional looking but then I would not expect any less. I would thoroughly recommend.
