As always Jo was great...welcoming smile even under all her PPE! You can see how hard she’s has worked to be Covid compliment... the room was spotless and she regularly cleaned before/after each treatment.

I was really very nervous as we had been shielding previously and was extremely relieved by how well it was managed. I felt safe and cleanliness was fantastic. Treatment was up to the usual high standard.
