It was a lovely treatment room, warm and relaxing. Catling was friendly and welcoming. My massage was a deep tissue massage. It had been a while since I last had a back massage and I had a lot of tension in my back and shoulders, so I found some of the massage techniques uncomfortable. But despite that it was worth it and Caitlin worked very hard to relieve my muscle tension.

Had a deep tissue massage. Felt very relaxing and alleviated alot of tension in my neck, shoulders and legs. A very pleasant experience and I will be returning soon.
