My first time getting a massage and Caitlin Walsh was so lovely and explained the whole process and answered any of my questions. Made me feel at ease and the actual massage was exactly what I needed, she made sure it felt comfortable but still managed to have an effect. My neck and back problems have eased off massively from it. Completely recommend 😊
