My Wife had a good massage and the therapist was welcoming we really love the atmosphere and the therapist.
Please make it a policy to enable usage of the waiting rooms if someone is accompanying the client.

The massage was pleasant and felt very relaxing throughout the session. Therapist was very welcoming and helpful. The room I was nicely decorated and prepared for the specific massage I had. However I could definitely hear conversations in the room next door, perhaps they’re just thin? But not a problem for treatments. Overall experience was pleasant and would recommend to anyone looking to find somewhere accessible and central (in Reading) to relax. A water bottle was a nice touch at end.
